I recently sold my home in Eastwood. I would definitely recommend Jodie Martin. I live in the Miami area and was looking for a real estate agent with a good reputation and a strong foothold in the Eastwood area and would be able go to my Orlando house if needed (i.e. to meet repair companies, lawn service, cleaners, etc. at the house). Jodie saw to it that the house was clean and ready to show. She had an open house the first weekend of the listing. She presented a couple of offers. The next weekend she had another open house and received an offer for asking price. I accepted the offer and the contract closed in about 6 weeks. If you are seeking a real estate agent, I would definitely recommend interviewing Jodie. She made good on all her promises.
